Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. Need something shipped internationally? Get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Returns

If you change your mind, unused and uninstalled items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Because our products are electrical components, we're unable to accept returns on items that have been installed or used, unless the item is faulty.

Warranty

Our controllers are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your controller develops a fault within this period, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.
