Fitment

If you order a kit listed as fitting your vehicle and it does not connect to your factory actuator, contact us with photos of the connector. Where a fitment error on our part is confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the item price with no restocking fee.

This applies to fitment failure only. It does not apply where the incorrect vehicle was selected at checkout, where the vehicle has a modified or non-factory exhaust, or where the vehicle does not have electronic exhaust valves.

Faulty items

If an item is faulty, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault. Faulty items are assessed on return. Where a fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, and reasonable return postage will be reimbursed.

Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, water ingress, impact or misuse is not a fault.

Not returnable

• Items that have been installed, modified or damaged
• Items returned without prior authorisation
  
• Sale, clearance and pre-order items
• Spare remotes and accessories

Your rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
